Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain analytical model to estimate annual, monthly returns viz a viz payments done and other key metrics and monthly tracking of AOP vs actual performance.
- Monitor key OKR metrics for the team and across the organization for all departments which leads to an impact of seller exp.
- Regular analysis and experimentation to find areas of improvement in current work flows, maintaining a highly data backed approach.
- Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization to drive a project or meet goals & timelines.
- Data visualization and reporting for easy consumption of all stakeholders.
- Drive report automation.
